What was the Problem?
The Pedicon website had an old and difficult structure about their conferences and workshops.
There was a need for:
An app that provides timings and schedules for the dates.
A system that tracks the ongoing sessions.
A well structured flow for the app to easily find what you're looking for.
The Solution
The Mobile App for PEDICON managed the schedule for the workshops and the conferences in an easier, concise and descriptive manner to easily navigate between different dates and conferences, reducing the clicks and unnecessary PDFs.
Design Strategy
Core Goals
The concern that popped up during the iterations was that the people attending the conferences were usually doctors and other professionals with busy schedules, as a result most of them were unable to attend the event for the whole day, instead they wanted a feature to let them see the schedule at a specific time they wanted and attend accordingly.
Approach
Explored various ideas to streamline workshop discovery and registration, such as integrating filters, real-time updates, and a one-tap registration process.
Picturing the Wireframes
Low-fidelity sketches to structure the experience before polishing the details.

Through this project, I learned the importance of understanding user pain points and how clarity, accessibility, and simplicity in design can transform the user experience. Additionally, I realized how a well-structured information hierarchy improves navigation and ensures users can quickly find what they need.
